Regional Bookkeeper
The Diocese of Nashville has a full-time opening for the position
of Regional Bookkeeper.
Primary functions of this position are to provide day to
day fiscal and operational services such as accounts
receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll,
and bank reconciliations at specified parishes and
institutions of assignment. Position reports to the
Assistant Controller – Internal Review & Capital
Campaign Accounting.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
-
3-5 years of prior bookkeeping experience
-
Computer and typing skills, particularly with all
Microsoft Office programs and internet
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Aptitude for details and excellent organizational
skills
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality
-
Ability to work with a variety of people
-
Ability to meet deadlines
-
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to
locations within the middle Tennessee area
-
Prefer candidate with experience working with the
PDS system
