Physical Education Teacher/Athletic Director
St. John Vianney School, a growing school located at 501
N. Water Avenue in Gallatin, has an opening for a P.E.
Teacher/Athletic Director. This is a full-time
position, Monday through Friday, during normal school
hours (7:30am to 3:40pm) when school is in session.
Position also requires coaching several sports during
non-school hours.
Primary function of this position is to teach physical
education to students in Pre-K through 8th grade, as
well as serving as Athletic Director for the school.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.

Current certification to teach physical education.
-
Prefer candidate with two years of teaching
experience.
Other skills or requirements:

Good interpersonal skills with co-workers, parents,
and children
-
Good general health with ability to stand for
extended periods of time

Ability to create an enthusiastic learning
environment while maintaining program order and
discipline
