Janitorial/Maintenance Assistant

Mary Queen of Angels, an assisted living facility located at 34 White Bridge Rd. (between Harding and Post Roads) in Nashville, is seeking a full-time Janitorial/Maintenance Assistant.  This position is 40 hours/week with some flexibility in scheduling.  Some weekend work is needed.

Primary functions of this position are reflected in qualifications listed below:

Qualifications:

• Experience in painting

• Knowledge of floor stripping and waxing

• Experience in carpet care

• General cleaning abilities

• Prefer candidate with some knowledge of mechanical operations

Other Skills or Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 45 lbs.

• Criminal background screening
