Billing Coordinator

Catholic Charities has an opening for the position of Billing Coordinator in the Fiscal Services department.  This position is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM at the St. Mary Villa office at 30 White Bridge Road in Nashville. 

Primary functions of this position are to prepare invoices to granting agencies, record miscellaneous journal entries, perform general ledger account reconciliations, departmental filing, as well as general support to fiscal services department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • Minimum of 1 year general ledger experience

Other Skills or Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate

  • Must have attention to detail

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
