Ministry with Divorced and Separated Catholics
Beginning Experience
Beginning Experience is an international ministry for divorced,
separated and widowed individuals and their children. It is an
invitational process that is intended to facilitate the
resolution of the grief, promote healing and thereby free people
to live and love themselves, others and God. The Beginning
Experience Weekend is the foundation of the ministry with
support programs and outreach to youth as integral to the

Retrouvaille
Retrouvaille is a marriage recovery program for struggling couples who are
considering separation
or divorce. It is Catholic in origin and orientation, but is open to all married
couples regardless of religious background.
The program consists of a weekend experience and six follow-up sessions.
Local & Regional Weekends are held throughout the year. Group sharing is not
involved and confidentiality is assured.
